Courteney Cox Talks Plastic Surgery Regrets

Actress Courteney Cox is getting candid about plastic surgery. During her appearance on Monday’s episode of Running Wild With Bear Grylls, the 52-year-old former Friends star opened up about aging and her plastic surgery regrets.

“Getting older, I don’t think that’s the easiest thing. But I have learned lessons. I think I was trying to keep up with getting older and trying to chase that. It’s something you can’t keep up with.”
In one clip she admits to not being happy with certain cosmetic procedures, stating, “I have done things that I regret and luckily there are things that dissolve and go away. So that’s good because it’s not always been my best look.”
Although she’s faced struggles with aging, she turning a leaf on the way she views getting older. She’s got a positive perspective stating, “Now I have a new motto, just let it be.”
