She may be a multi-millionaire award winning pop-star, but Lady Gaga can’t resist a sale, or the urge to clip coupons.
“Why do people look at me like I’m crazy when I use coupons at grocery (stores) or try bargaining at retail,” the star once Tweeted. “IM FROM NEW YORK WHERE IS THE SALE RACK.”

Kristen has admitted mostly shopping only when she has a coupon in hand – and her favorite, hands down, is the coupon from Bed, Bath and Beyond.
Appearing on Conan O’Brien in 2012, Bell revealed, “I’m very frugal. I use a lot of coupons. I almost exclusively shop with coupons. The best coupon you can get – possibly in the world – is the Bed, Bath and Beyond coupon.”

Together with husband, Freddie Prinze J.R, the couple regularly troll Whole Foods and Trader Joes with coupons in hand, searching for good sales. The actress reveals she regularly clips coupons and always asks which fish is on sale when she hits her favorite grocery stores.

Renee Zellweger attributes her coupon cutting habit to being raised by frugal parents. Speaking to the U.K’s Daily Record Zellweger revealed, “I have immigrant parents who came to this country with nothing. He [her father] made so many sacrifices…so I’ve never been the type of person to take things for granted.”

Growing up on welfare in a family of eight children has made Sarah Jessica think twice about lavishly spending money, quite unlike her famous Sex and the City Carrie Bradshaw role. Speaking to the New York Times in 2000, Parker said that childhood experience has made her a conservative investor – a trait she wants to pass on to her own children.

In a Woman’s Day article, journalist Katie Couric revealed, “I can hit a clearance sale like A-Rod hits a baseball. I often bring leftovers for lunch. I wear some fancy clothes and jewelry at work, but here’s a secret – a lot of them are borrowed.”

The actress once told Elle magazine, “I’ve always lived in a tiny rat-infested apartment in New York, or a little condo in L.A…I think it would be very bizarre to live in a big mansion by myself.”
Raised in a middle-class home in Kentucky, Lawrence told U.K magazine Fabulous, “I was raised to have value for money, to have respect for money, even though you have a lot of it.”
From clipping coupons, to bargain hunting, and even driving a modest car, Lawrence told Fabulous she has her family to thank for her frugal ways.
