Felicity Huffman Reportedly Facing Jail Time

Actress Felicity Huffman could potentially be facing time in jail after pleading guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit fraud for her role in the college admissions scandal.
According to CNN, a law enforcement source with knowledge of the investigation revealed prosecutors plan to seek a sentence of four to ten months jail time, with a federal judge ultimately having the final say on Huffman’s sentence.
The actress is accused of paying $15,000 to a fake charity to have her daughter’s SAT scores improved.
Huffman is due in court on May 21 for her sentencing hearing.
