Candace follows a Mediterranean diet and makes sure to eat lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains and fish. She also told People, “I don’t eat dairy very often, and I’ve cut most of the sugar out of my diet – I see the biggest effect from not eating as much sugar.”

“I’ve really found my joy in fitness,” the 5ft 2 inch star admitted. “Then as I get older I’ve just been fine-tuning my diet and I enjoy eating what makes my body feel the best.”
The busy mom of three squeezes in working out according to how her schedule is looking. “I can be anywhere from a 20-minute workout a couple times a week, or an hour five times a week,” the star revealed.

If her schedule permits her to fit in a full workout, Candace will workout with her New York based trainer, Kira Stokes, via FaceTime. They employ Kira’s signature Stoked Method, which is high intensity training with “a focus on mindful functional flow of movement.”
Candace also keeps a jump rope and dumbbells close at hand and is a big fan of TRX.
According to Candace, the motivation for keeping fit and healthy is simple, “What keeps me on track is that I want to feel good and have a long life with my husband and kids.”
