Money is no object for music powerhouse couple Beyoncé and Jay Z, especially when they fall in love with a property.

According to Page Six the couple are planning to leave New York City for the sunnier climate of Los Angeles and have apparently fallen in love with a sprawling 30,000 square foot mansion in the exclusive up-market neighborhood of Bel Air.
The property, which boasts eleven bathrooms, eight bedrooms, four pools, a recording studio, fifteen car garage and bullet proof windows, if being offered for sale – off-market – for $135 million.
Beyoncé and Jay Z, who are expecting twins to join big sister Blue Ivy, have put in a $120 million bid for the hill-top property, which is set amidst two of Los Angeles most sought after acres.
