Chick-fil-A Taking Comfort Food Up a Notch With This Addition

As if delicious golden strips of fried chicken weren’t comforting enough, Chick-fil-A is taking comfort food up a notch by adding macaroni and cheese to their menu.
The Atlanta-based food chain announced they are rolling out Mac & Cheese nationwide, making it the first permanent addition to their menu since 2016.

“Mac & Cheese is the quintessential comfort food, and something we are so excited to offer our guests at Chick-fil-A,” Amanda Norris, Chick-fil-A executive director of menu and packaging, said in a statement.

According to the company, they tested out the recipe in five markets last year and obviously it was a huge success.
Available as a side dish for lunch and dinner, the new addition will also be available with kids meals with the classic macaroni and cheese recipe combining a special blend of cheddar, Parmesan and Romano cheeses.
