DoorDash Partners with Girls Scouts for Instant Cookie Fix!

It’s that delicious time of the year when Girl Scout Cookie booths pop up all over town – and for the first time, you can get your favorite Girl Scout’s Cookie delivered directly to your home with DoorDash!
Girls Scouts of the USA have teamed up with DoorDash to offer cookie fans the option to order cookies on-demand, which is great for consumers who don’t know a Girl Scout personally or can’t get to a nearby booth.

The collab not only gives consumers easier access for ordering cookies but will provide Girl Scout troops some extra entrepreneurial experience as they learn how to manage inventory, track and fulfill orders, and partner with DoorDash’s technology and team.
“As a Girl Scout Cookie lover myself, I am so excited to welcome Girl Scouts of the USA to our platform, providing a fast and convenient option for customers to access beloved Girl Scout Cookies on-demand, while empowering Girl Scouts to meaningfully grow their cookie businesses,” said Shanna Prevé, DoorDash’s VP of strategic partnerships and business development in a press release. “Through this collaboration, we aim to provide access and opportunity for Girl Scouts, while providing their neighborhoods with safe, efficient, and enjoyable ways to support their local troops.”
The Girl Scout/DoorDash collaboration will be available in select areas and consumers can order Girl Scout Cookies for pickup or delivery on DoorDash.com or the DoorDash app beginning in January. Expanded on-demand delivery will begin in February.
