Etsy Launching “Fearless Women” Collection

In celebration of March 8th – better known as International Women’s Day – Etsy is launching a “Fearless Women” capsule collection featuring goods showcasing female trailblazers such as Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Rosa Parks, Amelia Earhart, and Maya Angelou among others.
Better still, each of the items are made and sold by female sellers.
According to AOL, Etsy said searches on their site for items featuring Ruth Bader Ginsburg have increased by over 350 percent since last year, while searches for “Suffragette” has seen a 27 percent increase.
“Etsy is – and always has been – an incubator for female entrepreneurs to grow successful businesses,” Raina Moskowitz, SVP of People, Strategy & Services at Etsy wrote in a blog post. “Today, we also shine a spotlight on members of our own community of creative entrepreneurs that inspire us every day.”
