Giudice, the husband of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, is currently serving three-years in federal prison on fraud charges. He is due to be released March 2019, but could potentially be deported before that time. Should Giudice complete his full prison sentence in the U.S. he would then be handed over to ICE.
Radar Online are reporting Giudice and his legal team have been granted more time to collect evidence before their next scheduled hearing of September 5th.
