Earlier this month new mom Kate Hudson shared on Instagram she was ready to get back in shape and shed the baby weight – and now has revealed she will be doing so with the help of WW (the brand formerly known as Weight Watchers)!
The actress once again shared the news on Instagram by posting a Facetime video of herself chatting with Oprah Winfrey, who is a spokesperson and partner for the weight loss company, announcing she will become a WW Ambassador.
“My why is really my kids and my family and longevity – wanting to be here as long as I possibly can,” the 39-year-old revealed of her #MyWhy for joining WW. “And I just said, ‘OK, I’m going to try this.’ I was like, ‘This is the perfect program!’ It’s just so nice, because these are things I talk about all the time. I had never known a program that allowed people to be themselves and do the things that they love.”
“It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle,” Kate said of the program.
“Health and wellness is my number one,” Kate shared. “I always say that what works for me doesn’t work for everyone. I believe that we need to celebrate diversity in how each individual wants to celebrate their bodies.”
“I’ve become an Ambassador for the WW family because it is the perfect community for people to live healthy their own way and I love sharing this knowledge with you all!” Kate enthused on Instagram.
