She’s a reality star, businesswoman, law school student, and busy mom with a schedule that would leave most of us exhausted. So, just how does Kim -West do it all? By being a complete workaholic, the star confesses.
Kim, who has been named
WSJ. Magazine’s 2021 Brand Innovator for Upcoming Innovator Awards for her shapewear and lingerie brand SKIMS, told the
WSJ she is a workaholic.
“I know I am,” the 41-year-old admitted. “I get a lot of my work ethic from my dad.”
“My days are completely micromanaged to the minute,” Kim revealed. “In order to get away from the kids, I will go into my office at my house and study. And then working on beauty and rebranding and SKIMs, constantly, I’m always in fittings and fabric meetings. My days are pretty full.”
And Kim doesn’t envision herself slowing down anytime in the near future, telling the
WSJ. Magazine, “I don’t see me floating on a yacht. I think I’ll always feel good when I’m working.”
According to
People, Kim’s end goal though is to become an attorney, although she admits, “I do have a ways to go.”
“Hopefully one day I can start a law firm where we can help people pro bono and hire people who were formally incarcerated,” Kim told
WSJ. Magazine.
