The ex-girlfriend and mother of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ three children has passed away at the age of 47.

Model and actress Kim Porter passed away at her Toluca Lake, California home with TMZ reporting Porter had been suffering for several weeks from pneumonia, although no official cause of death has been released yet.
Porter and Combs began dating in 1994 and had an on-again-off-again relationship until they finally broke-up in 2007. The two share three children together – 11-year-old twin daughters and a 20-year-old son. Porter also has a 27-year-old son from a previous marriage to Al B. Sure!
“Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter,” her rep said in a statement to ET. “I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.” Condolences have poured in from across the music industry with rapper 50 Cent tweeting, “R.I.P to Kim Porter, I send my condolences to her friends and family. She was loved and will be missed dearly. I know Puff is hit right now, her loved her for real.” Missy Elliott took to Twitter, writing, “This is so heartbreaking. Lord please give her kids & whole family strength.”
