Nick Jonas to Host 2021 Billboard Music Awards

Nick Jonas is heading to the 2021 Billboard Music Awards where he will host the show for the first time.
The singer takes over from his fellow The Voice judge, Kelly Clarkson, who has hosted the prestigious music award show for the past three years. Jonas took to Twitter to have a bit of fun announcing the news, sharing a video of himself receiving a “preemptive best host ever” award!
“Truly an honor to have already received the first preemptive 2021 #BBMAs award,” Jonas joked with his 14.4 million Twitter followers. “Best host ever?! Wow!”
According to Billboard, Jonas and Clarkson are two of five musical artists who have served as solo hosts of the Billboard Music Awards. The others are Phil Collins, LL Cool J, and Ludacris.
