Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi went in for some cosmetic procedures on Monday, and in true Snooki style, documented the procedure to social media.
The 28-year-old former Jersey Shore star was seen receiving botox and lip injections, filmed and posted to Instagram by her plastic surgeon, Dr. Ramtin Kassirseen.
In the video, she tells the camera, “It’s my first botox and I am terrified!”

The candid videos also show the mom-of-two getting lip injections, which she has admitted to having done in the past.
