Playboy model, Dani Mathers, has been convicted in the body shaming case against her.
The criminal invasion of privacy charges stem from Mather’s taking a picture of a 71-year-old woman who was getting changed in a gym locker room and sharing them on the social media site SnapChat. She had captioned the post, “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”
During court proceedings on Wednesday the presiding judge gave the former playmate two options. She could either spend 45 days in jail and 36 months probation, or spend 30 days removing graffiti along with 36 months of probation. Mathers chose the latter.
Mathers was also ordered to pay the victim $60 to replace a backpack seen in the picture, so the woman wouldn’t easily be identified. She was also ordered to not take photos or videos of people and publish them online without their consent and Mather’s is not allowed to have a camera in places where people may be naked.
