Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne and her legal powerhouse husband, Tom Girardi, have called it quits on their 21-year relationship.
In an exclusive statement to E! News, the 49-year-old revealed she has decided to end her marriage to 81-year-old Girardi.
“After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi,” the former cocktail waitress shared with E!. “This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and our years and lives we built together.”
“It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved. I request others give us that privacy as well,” she continued.
According to E!, the couple were wed in 1999 after meeting at Chasen’s in Hollywood where Erika was serving cocktails.
