The ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Proposal Will Make Your Heart Melt

During Tuesday’s results show on Dancing With the Stars, professional dancer Sasha Farber had a surprise for his girlfriend, fellow pro dancer Emma Slater.
After performing an intimate dance to Bruno Mars’ “Just the Way You Are,” Farber got down on one knee and pulled a ring from his back pocket and popped the question.
Slater appeared elated and shook her head up and down with excitement as the projection screen behind the newly engaged couple read “She said YES!”
Streamers flew down from the rafters and tears of joy flowed from the couple along with the fellow members of the DWTS cast who ran to the stage to congratulate Sasha and Emma.

Slater showed off her new bling and told reporters backstage, “We’ve been together five-and-a-half years. We bought a house recently and this feels like the natural progression. My mother said once that marriage should feel natural and not like a surprise. It should be expected because that’s when it’s right.”
