This is America’s Favorite Full-Service Restaurant Chain

When it comes to eating out Americans want good food, excellent service and value for money and according to a survey conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, there’s one full-service restaurant chain that routinely comes out tops.
In a study conducted from April 2019 through March 2020 (before the coronavirus pandemic put a halt to eating out), the ACSI found Longhorn Steakhouse routinely provides excellent customer satisfaction.

The steakhouse chain, which has consistently received positive customer satisfaction for the past three years, beat out last year’s leader, Texas Roadhouse, to claim the top spot with a score of 81 out of 100.
Chilis found itself at the very bottom of the list for full-service restaurants, according to USA Today, with a rating of 75.

When it comes to fast food, USA Today reports Chick-fil-A once again came in number 1 – a title it has held for the past six years – followed by Chipotle Mexican Grill and Arby’s.
McDonald’s rounded out the bottom of the list for fast food restaurants.
