Tom Hanks Details His Coronavirus Symptoms

After being diagnosed with the coronavirus while in Australia, actor Tom Hanks is on the mend back in the States and letting fans know exactly what kind of symptoms he suffered while quarantined down under.

Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson, were both diagnosed with COVID-19 – and Hanks told fans they both experienced different effects from the virus.
Hanks opened up during an interview with The National Defense Radio Show, telling listeners, “Rita went through a tougher time than I did.”
“She had a much higher fever. She had lost her sense of taste and sense of smell,” Hanks told host, Randy Miller about his wife. “I had some bad body aches and was very fatigued and that’s how COVID-19 went through us.”
