Zappos is unveiling a new program which will allow customers to buy a single shoe, or a mixed size pair after years of customer demand.
According to Fox News, the Amazon-owned company will roll out the new inclusive trial on Tuesday, which is aimed at amputees, people with different foot sizes, and others who have been excluded by the footwear industry. Zappos has collaborated with six brands to start the initiative, including Nike, Converse and New Balance – and although the program will start small, with only 80 shoe styles and colors – the retailer hopes to expand into more styles in the future.
As of now, the inclusive trial will feature shoes for both adults and children with prices ranging between $18.50 and $85 per shoe.
