Idris Elba Voted People’s “Sexiest Man Alive”

Joining a list that includes some of Hollywood’s hottest men, actor Idris Elba has been voted People’s “Sexiest Man Alive” for 2018! Responding to the honor, Elba told the mag, “It was a nice surprise – an ego boost for sure!”
Elba also revealed he was a skinny, athletic kid but things changed once he beefed up and grew a mustache, telling People, “I was very tall and skinny. And my names was Idrissa Akuna Elba, okay? I got picked on a little bit. But as soon as I could grow a mustache, I was the coolest kid on the block. Grew a mustache, had some muscles, bonkers.”
People’s “Sexiest Man Alive” award first started in 1985 with Mel Gibson. Country crooner Blake Shelton received last year’s award.
