Britney Spears’ 8-year-old niece is in serious condition following an accident during a hunting trip.
Family members are asking for prayers after Jamie Lynn Spears’ daughter, Maddie, was airlifted to the hospital following an ATV accident.
According to TMZ Maddie was underwater for several minutes after the ATV she was riding on flipped over.
Britney and Jamie’s father, Jamie Spears, released a statement to E News saying, “All I can say is pray for our baby, Maddie.” Source: Instagram via@JamieLynnSpears
Britney’s younger sister Jamie was just 16 when she announced she was pregnant with baby Maddie. She is best known for her role as Zoey Brooks on the Nickelodeon hit Zoey 101. Jamie had posted a picture of little Maddie at church just a week ago.

According to source, Jamie Lynn was not with her daughter at the time of the accident. Maddie was airlifted to a nearby hospital where she remains in critical condition.
