Justin Bieber fans have been shocked to learn he has cancelled the remainder of his ‘Purpose’ world tour. A rep for the 23-year-old released a statement, saying, “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber will cancel the remainder of the Purpose world tour concerts. Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them. He thanks his fan for the incredible experience of the Purpose world tour over the last 18 months. He is grateful and honored to have shared that experience with his cast and crew for over 150 successful shows across six continents during this run.” Bieber’s rep continued, “However, after careful consideration, he has decided he will not be performing any further dates. Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.”
The news comes hot on the heels of China banning the popstar from performing in the country, saying his bad behavior has “caused discontent among the public.” Justin was due to finish out his world tour with concerts in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and The Philippines.
