Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom Sign Off on Divorce Settlement

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have reached a settlement for their divorce. According to TMZ the paperwork has been signed by both parties and filed. All that is left to finalize the divorce is the judge’s signature. Source: Getty Images
Khloe initially filed for divorce a couple of years ago, but never fully proceeded as she tried to make their relationship work. However, after Odom’s very public drug overdose at a Nevada Brothel, the reality star cancelled the divorce filing and devoted herself to being the former LA Laker’s caretaker as he fought his way back from a near-death experience.
Kardashian refiled for divorce in May, which means she could be legally divorced by the end of the year. California law states a judge cannot sign off on the paperwork until at least six months after the initial divorce filing.
