Lauren Conrad and husband William Tell welcomed their first child, a baby boy, announcing the arrival via Instagram on Wednesday. The reality star-turned designer also announced the boy’s name, Liam James Tell.

Conrad announced the news she and her hubby were expecting via Instagram on New Years Day.
