Skechers and LA Gear Team Up for Old School Collab

In a throwback to some serious late 80’s nostalgia, Skechers has teamed up with old school sportswear brand LA Gear in a sneaker collab that will have you yearning for the days of crimped hair, scrunchies and lots of neon.

The LA Gear x Skechers collab takes LA Gear’s iconic 1988 SLAMMER sneaker silhouette and adds Skechers proprietary air cooled memory foam cushioning foot-bed for extra comfort.

The Slammer was the first basketball-style sneaker made specifically for women and the new collab will be available in 8 different colorways.

Each pair retails for $65 and available in sizes 5 through 11.

The collection is available online and at select Skechers retail locations nationwide – but act quickly to snap up this revamped blast of nostalgic bliss as sadly the LA Gear + Skechers range is a limited edition collab.
