Khloe Kardashian Sells Calabasas Home for Record $15.5 Million

Khloe Kardashian has sold her Calabasas home for $15.5 million – more than double what she paid for it six years ago.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star purchased the 9,300 sq.ft. home from pop star Justin Bieber in 2014. Built in 2005, the property is situated on 1.3 acres and located in the Estates at the Oaks, a double-gated community where Khloe’s sister Kourtney Kardashian lives, Variety reports.
According to People, the property sale has set a record for the highest price per square foot of any home ever sold in Calabasas.
So just who coughed up the millions to purchase the Mediterranean Revival estate? According to Variety, the home was sold to cosmetics entrepreneur turned YouTube lifestyle vlogger, Dhar Mann.
Variety reports Mann has already shared the news via Instagram. For the past few months Mann and his partner Laura Gurrola have been documenting their house hunt on social media as they searched for the perfect property to raise their daughter.
